Our beloved Milk Based blend is the coffee you know and love from our Moonah cafe. Bursting with sweet flavours like caramel, milk chocolate and carefully balanced with more nuanced flavours like mandarin and hazelnut. 

We use fresh and in season coffees to build the Shake It Up blend while supporting farmers and their communities by working with them all year round.

Excellent with a Morning Flatty

I just have a Breville Barista Pro at home, but even a simpleton like me is able to make a great tasting coffee with this excellent roast, tastes like Nutella I reckon. 5 stars, thanks Will, Ian and the gang.

The Perfect Wake Up

If i can't get into Shake to see the team, this is the perfect alternative. I only have a Sunbeam set up at home to do the beans true justice, but it still comes out tasty as every time. Really great through oat milk too!
